Commission and attribution
You earn 20% of the net order value on every kit purchased through your tracking link or coupon code. Attribution uses a 60-day last-click cookie; if two affiliates refer the same customer, the most recent click is credited.
Approval and payment
Commissions are held for 30 days after an order to cover returns and cancelled kits, then approved and paid on the first of the following month. The minimum payout is $30; balances below that roll forward.
How you may promote
Editorial content, newsletters, clinic materials, webinars and organic social are all permitted. Paid search on RPh Labs brand terms, coupon-scraping sites, unsolicited email and cashback or loyalty rebates are not.
Medical and regulatory claims
Use only the language in the Assets tab of your affiliate dashboard. Do not promise specific clinical outcomes, diagnose, or present pharmacogenomic testing as a substitute for care from a licensed prescriber. Disclose your affiliate relationship wherever required by the FTC.
Self-referrals and patient data
Commissions on your own purchases are not payable. Never submit patient identifiers to RPh Labs outside the ordering flow, and never use patient contact data obtained through your practice for affiliate promotion without consent.
Termination
Either party may end this agreement at any time with written notice. Approved commissions earned before termination are still paid on the normal schedule; pending commissions tied to a policy breach may be voided.
